Test4X ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our exam-preparation apps and websites.
Test4X is operated by Guanghua Hu, a sole proprietorship registered in Québec, Canada (NEQ: 2282141524), located in Beaconsfield, Québec.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
We do NOT collect your name, phone number, precise location, or payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), Google Play (Android), or Stripe/PayPal (web) — we never see or store your card details.
Account registration is optional. You can use the app and take practice tests as a guest without creating an account. An account is only required to sync your progress across devices, access your wrong answer history, and manage your subscription.
We use your information solely to:
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with encryption in transit and at rest. We store only your email address, practice progress, wrong answer history, subscription expiry date, and (if granted) push notification token.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We use the following third-party services:
We may send push notifications to your device if you have granted permission. These notifications may include study reminders and important app updates. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We store your device's push notification token in order to deliver these messages. This token is not used for any other purpose.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account directly within the app: go to the My tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including your email address, practice progress, wrong answer history, subscription status, and push notification token.
You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@test-4-x.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Test4X is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

As an operator established in Québec, Canada, we comply with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). We have designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information (see "Operator & Contact" above). If you are a Québec resident, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, and — where applicable — data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not transfer personal information outside Canada except through the service providers named in section 4, each bound by their own privacy commitments.
Because our operator is established in Québec, Law 25 is the baseline standard we apply to all users, wherever you live — including users in the United States. If you reside in a U.S. state (or another jurisdiction) with its own privacy law, you may also have additional rights under that law, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data; you can exercise them by contacting us at the address in section 11.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
